đĻ Deliveries in Italy (BRT)
- The courier makes a second attempt the next working day
- In case of problems (wrong address, recipient absent), you will receive an email from BRT with the storage instructions
- If you do not receive the email, our customer service will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery.
đ International Deliveries
đš With BRT (where available):
If the courier fails to deliver the package, a second delivery attempt will be made. If delivery fails, the package can be stored at a local collection point. The recipient will receive a notification via email or SMS.
đš With UPS Express Saver:
In the event of a failed delivery, UPS will make a second attempt. If the package is not delivered, it may be stored at a UPS Access Point or returned to the sender. Customs and shipping charges will not be refunded.
âī¸ Changing the Delivery Address
â° You can request a change to your delivery address only if your order is still awaiting payment or has not yet been processed.
